For wireless Maestro EP:
After securely putting on both Maestro gloves, begin the Bluetooth pairing process:
-
Put the glove into pairing mode.
- While the glove is off, hold the blue pairing button and press the power button.
- Release the pairing button once the LED blinks red.

Once the glove is paired to Windows, you will not need to re-pair unless you unpair the glove in Windows.

- Right click the "Contact CI Service" entry and select "Stop"

- Once successfully paired, restart the service by right clicking the "Contact CI Service" entry again and selecting "Start" in the Services app

Troubleshooting
Let's start by looking at the LED on the back of the glove's housing:
LED is off
-
Is the glove on? Try a full press of the power button on the back of the device housing. If pressed properly, the LED should blink.
-
Is the battery charged? See step 2 to verify that the battery is charged.
-
Is the battery connected properly? Make sure the connectors between the battery and device are fully together.

-
Be sure your computer has the hardware to use Bluetooth. Also, be sure Bluetooth is enabled in your Windows settings.
-
Ensure you have our software installed and that the Contact CI Windows service is running.
From the Start menu, search for and run the Services app. You should be able to find an entry for our service, and confirm that it is running.
If you're missing this service, ensure that you've installed our software mentioned in step 1.
If the service is running, try restarting the service by right clicking the row and selecting "Restart"
-
Make sure another glove isn't already connected. Our software will not allow more than one of each hand. Attempts to connect a second right hand, for instance, will fail.
